The 9th edition (hybrid) of India International Innovation & Invention Expo (INEX) is scheduled to be organized traditionally on-site in Don Bosco College of Engineering, Margoa, Goa, India and virtually online under the Goa State Innovation Council's patronage. Goa is a global touristic destination that has a rich heritage with e-visa facility and many flights operate from International airport of Goa. INEX 2024 is supported by state Govt. of Goa and various Ministries, Industry associations and premier Indian R&D Institutes.
Goa is visited by large numbers of international and domestic tourists each year because of its white-sand beaches, active nightlife, places of worship, and World Heritage-listed architecture. It also has rich flora and fauna because it lies very close to the North Western Ghats rainforests, one of the rare biodiversity hotspots of the world.
India is a trillion dollar market and free country. Technology licensing is the primary aim of the expo. The "Innovation Year Book 2024" will be released during the expo as part of knowledge sharing amongst the innovation community.
