1. About these terms

This website is run for the India International Innovation & Invention Expo (INEX), organised by IBS GLOBAL, Poland ("we", "us", "the organisers"). These terms apply whenever you use the website, create an account, or submit an innovation. By doing any of those, you agree to them.

2. Using this website

You may browse this website and share links to it freely. You must not misuse it: that includes trying to gain access to parts of it you are not authorised to use, interfering with how it works, sending automated or bulk submissions, or using it to send unsolicited messages.

3. Accounts

• You must give accurate details when you register, including an email address and phone number where we can reach you.
• Your account is for you. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to submit false or misleading information.

4. Registration and participation

Creating an account does not by itself confirm a place at the expo. After you register, the organisers contact you to confirm your participation. Any fees, stall arrangements or other terms of participation are agreed directly with the organisers at that stage, not through this website.

The organisers may decline a registration or an entry, and are not required to give a reason.

5. Submitting an innovation

When you submit an innovation, you confirm that:

• you are one of its innovators, or are authorised by them to submit it;
• the information and images you provide are accurate, and you have the right to share them;
• it does not knowingly infringe anyone else's patents, copyright or other rights.

Entries are reviewed by the organisers before anything is published. Once an entry is accepted and published, its name, description, innovators, organisation, country, category and images appear in the public innovation catalogue on this website. You allow the organisers to show that information, and to use it to promote INEX, in print and online. You keep all rights in your innovation.

Do not submit anything you need to keep confidential. Published descriptions and images are public, and submitting an innovation here is not a patent filing. If protecting your invention matters, seek protection before you submit.

You can edit an entry until you submit it for review. After that it is locked until the organisers respond, so that the jury assesses what you submitted.

6. Judging and awards

Innovations are evaluated by the INEX jury, and awards are decided by the jury and the organisers. Their decisions are final. Special awards are presented by partner organisations under their own criteria. Awards are shown against the winning innovations in the catalogue.

7. The event programme

We aim to hold the expo as described on this website, but the schedule, venue, sessions and speakers may change for operational reasons or circumstances outside our control. We will publish changes here as soon as we can.

8. Your personal data

We use the details you give us — your name, email address, phone number and the contact details on an entry — to run the expo: to confirm your participation, to tell you about your entry, and to answer your messages. Contact details are never shown on the public website.

We do not sell your personal data. To ask what we hold about you, or to have your account and data deleted, contact us using the details below.

9. Content on this website

The INEX name and logo, and the design and text of this website, belong to the organisers. Innovations in the catalogue belong to their innovators. Please do not reuse either without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be either. Information about innovations in the catalogue is provided by their innovators, and we do not verify every claim. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on information in it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
